Abstract

This investigation is the result of an arduous investigative day, motivated by the search of elements on the participation of the recreational activities in the Popular Council San Lázaro, municipality Cienfuegos, through working of a promoter of the physical recreation, with the purpose of to program and to develop a planning of Recreational Sport Activities for the youths of 15 - 20 years. For the realization of this investigation a sample of 29 youths was used, of them 17 of the masculine sex and 12 of the feminine sex, to which were applied technical and investigative methods as: the observation, the interview, the survey and the mensuration, what facilitated to obtain the results of this investigation, being able to arrive to such significant conclusions as: With the result of this study the hypothesis is corroborated that: with the application of a planning of Recreational Sport Activities it was increased the participation of the youths of 15 and 20 years of the Popular Council San Lázaro.
