The communication is a main process of group integration in the social middle in which is developed coach-athletes. It permits decide the level of influence that reaches for the perfecting and develop of the empathic skill to communicate in educational situations, become a partner of the sport language and achieve a true human approach between athletes, coach and athletes. For the manufacture of this article keeps in mind some factors in the talkative processes as: competence and pedagogic talkative skills, function and psychological categories of the communication, as well as the level of influence in debt in the development of the empathic kills in different situations become a partner of the sport. Language for the previous tries to get characterize the skill for the empathic realization in the talkative labor coach-athletes in yours gesticulate during the sport trainings, by giving solve you to the new problem by means of the development of the talkative competence.
