Abstract

The objective of the research is focused on the development of a strategy for the continuous training of teachers in higher education, in the face of deficiencies observed in the deepening, and updating of the profession's contents in relation to the pedagogical and didactic field. The methodological approach used was qualitative, theoretical methods were applied: analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, document analysis and systemic-structural-functional; empirical: interview and observation of activities carried out by teachers. The main results reveal the integrative logic of the formative contextualization and the systematization of the improvement from the educational institution, this represents a social impact in the Ecuadorian educational context by establishing a process of continuous training of teachers that contributes to perfecting and raising the system educational in higher education.
