One of the problems faced by teachers in Ecuadorian education in recent years is related to the perception that students do not have enough motivations to learn, this situation does not escape the physical education subject, which although it is a wild card For many it can become a source of inspiration and trigger for a better perception of what is wanted in the future, in any case, in the face of causal questions, positions may vary, but it is agreed that there is a relationship of interdependence between this situation and the practices teaching, those that fail to promote a change to solve this problem. Contributing to the debate from a constructive perspective explains that the first objective focuses on explaining the nature of this relationship and, secondly, the guidelines to be followed in response to educational demands are raised. The study, based on the systematization of ideas in this regard and a field study based on the author's own practice, made it possible to diagnose a problem that, although new to the learning environments imposed by the pandemic, has become more acute. of the students were taken as a reference to meet this objective, while leaving raised methodological guidelines that the teacher must follow to modify this situation.
