Abstract

The economic development of a society has to do with the goal of achieving a high level of satisfaction of the needs of people to improve their quality of life. It has been discussed worldwide in the last decades on an economic development which has also brought about a strong environmental impact resulting from the use of production factors, mainly from the land factor which implies the resources obtained directly from nature to be able to develop some productive activity. It is been implementing a set of tools and concepts aim at deepening the analysis of the problem of achieving economic development without a strong environmental impact, meeting the needs and improving the quality of life without neglecting natural resources so that future generations can use them as well.
