Abstract

The objective of this work is to systematize the theoretical and methodological elements that allow the analysis of journalistic habitus in the Cuban media, taking into account the contextual peculiarities of the Cuban press, the internalization of the organizational order in the media, the importance of routines of production in the socialization, and the process of construction of the news, and the networks of interaction with the sources of information. In this case, the journalistic habitus is understood as schemes of durable dispositions, which allow it to function in accordance with conservative parameters in the field of news generation. To carry out the study, a qualitative research design was applied, based on the bibliographic and documentary review, the interview with experts and the participant observation.
