Abstract

The article criticizes the notion of causality whit Agenda Setting understands the relations between thematic interest of media and publics, and discusses some ideas for study of this process as cultural interrelations between agendas. In like manner show up the results of investigation in Cuban locality. The design utilized is mixed nested concurrent to prove the hypothesis. The utilized methods matched are systemic structural and ethnographic. The techniques are content of analysis, participant and nonparticipant observation, discussion groups and documental analysis and Rozelle-Campbell baseline coefficient. The results show differences between issues important for media and the public and minimal and inverses correlative levels as demonstrate null interrelations between agendas as product of rigid, pilfers and little dialogist culturally dynamic between media and community.
